Executive Committee

When:	Second Tuesday of the month
Where:	Pizza House
Time:	12 - 1 pm
Who:	All Subcommittee Chairs and Ad Hoc Committee Chair as needed

Full Committee

When:	Third Tuesday of the month
Where:	Conference Room 443 (Provost) Administration Bldg. Call 355-5016 for additional information
Time:	12 - 1 pm social, Call to order at 1:15 - 3 pm ending
Who:	All members, ex officios, Kathy Lindahl, Fred Poston

Subcommittees and Ad Hoc Committees
Decided by the group, report when--All issues to be brought up at the Full Committee should first come through the Executive Committee. Please notify the committee when you will be meeting.


Retreats
Two retreats are scheduled: August and June for kick-off and wrap-up. These take the place of the normal third Tuesday meeting.


In-Service
Widely diverse topics typically scheduled in either November or April.


Fall Drive-Around/Spring Walk-Around
Typically scheduled in September and April, all members are invited to attend, required for Benefits Committee members.


Forum
Annual Spring Forum is scheduled for Monday, March 26, 2007.
